When a Singh Saved a Police Officer’s Life During Protests in 1984

A Sikh showed he’s without fear and hate when he helped an elderly police officer during protests in 1984 against attack on Sri Harmandir Sahib. The protesters were being sprayed by water canons by the police in an effort to disperse the crown. The crowd was protesting against the invasion of Sri Harmandir Sahib by the Army just weeks earlier.

During the protests an elderly police officer fell to his knees suffering from pain in the heart.


An elderly police officer was suffering from a mild heart attack and that’s when a Sikh came to his rescue. He brought the police officer to safety until medical help arrived. The Sikh showed humanity is above all and a showd a Sikh never has any enemies.
