Several passengers expressed their frustration to the Air India Staff after being stranded at the Airport for 2 days. The passengers demanded refund of their money which the airline denied and refused to give them assurance of any kind on when they’ll be able to board.

Air India has a history of flight delays and often the unprofessional staff isn’t able to talk nicely to it’s passengers. Several airlines have taken advantage of the faults of Air India and have started taking over routes Air India uses especially international flights.
