The primary reason for the target is to the growing problem of Islamophobia in the UK which is causing minority communities to be targeted.

Sikhs are seeking protection from the UK government after increasing attacks related to mistaken identity are coming into the media.

Truth of the matter is that Sikhs haven’t done enough in the UK to spread awareness about their religion and become targets.
