Sikhs in Australia Start Hunger Strike in Support of Bhai Gurbaksh

Youngsters in support of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa have sat on a hunger strike in Australia. The hunger strike started this past Sunday in Sidney, Australia. The plea of the youngsters is to the Australia government to help in the cause of releasing Sikh Political prisoners. The Singhs fully support Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa’s endeavor to help in the release of the Sikh Political Prisoners. 2 Singhs on rotating basis of started the hunger strike since Sunday and followed gurmat maryada of doing ardas first. Members of the local Gurdwara commitee were present at the morcha. Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa has submitted a list of 101 Sikh prisoners to the government but hasn’t received a firm response yet. Most Sikh groups support the hunger strike and it has entered day 25 today.
