Sikh American Struggle to Fight in the USA Armed Services

The Huffington Post highlighted the struggle Sikh Americans have faced in working for the USA Armed services with their articles of faith. After several major lawsuits and petitioning the army relaxed the ban imposed in 1981 over Hijab, turban, and beards.

The Sikh American advocates aren’t stopping yet only the armed has relaxed the rules and not the other services including the Navy and Air Force.
