Shilpa Shetty has joined over a dozen Bollywood actors to invite the public to large Gurpurab Celebrations of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji. Shilpa Shetty appealed to the sangat to come out in large numbers to remember the contribution of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji to uphold faith and protect the region.
Bollywood’s actor and producer Rakesh Roshan, Jitendar, Hrithik Roshan, Mika, Harbhajan Singh, and others have invited people to attend the grand Gurpurab celebrations of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji in Mumbai. The SGPC division in Mumbai has made major provisions where Bollywood stars in large numbers are expected to attend. Actors from throughout the Bollywood film industry are expected to attend in large numbers.
It would be a first event that will have actors from the Hindi film industry to attend a program honoring Sikh Gurus. Some of the names which have come across media reports are Hrithik Roshan, Mika, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, and other actors.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan made a video inviting people to attend the 351st Parkash Gurpurab celebration in Juhu, Mumbai. The event being coordinated by SGPC Amritsar and local sangat is being widely attended by film actors and others. Hrithik Roshan stated he was happy to announce that such a massive scale event was happening for the first time in Mumbai and that he was excited to announce about the event celebrating Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji.
Hrithik Roshan’s video was being very widely distributed as he became among the first Bollywood actors to openly post a video regarding the Gurpurab. Usually, Punjabi actors never post such video but coming from a Bollywood actor attracted a major audience.
The event will be attended in large numbers by prominent Sikh leaders and others involved in Sikh affairs. Takht Sri Hazur Sahib is also involved in the celebrations in Juhu, Mumbai.
