Punjabi Man from California Dies On-Board Flight to Delhi

A man named Jagir Singh of village Badli Lohian Khas died on-board an China Airline flight. Jagir Singh was from Monteka, California and the cause of death was determined to be a heart attack.

The man was travelling with his family on the Airplane via the route California to Shanghai, China and landing at Delhi, India. The family was travelling for a wedding celebrations.

The family members of the man stated that the heart attack occurred on the China Airlines flight and he died on the spot.

The United States Embassy was contacted in regards to sending the body back. The body was being kept in China until all formalities were completed but the family mourned the loss deeply on the way to their village in Punjab.
