Indian PM visited Ross Street Gurdwara in Vancouver, Canada. The Indian and Canadian PMs were given a Siropa and a kirpan.
The visited attracted hundreds of protesters outside who were prevented from entering the Gurdwara by police. A select number of people were pre-approved to enter the Gurdwara by the committee. The doors of the Gurdwara were locked while Indian PM Modi visited the Gurdwara.
The visit lasted only a few minutes and brief comments by Modi and Harper.
