Oldest Man in Britian is a Sikh

A Sikh named Nazer Singh who was born in Punjab is the oldest man in Britain and will be celebrating his 111th Birthday on Christmas Day 2014.
A local newspaper in British reported the Singh never heard of Christmas before arriving in Britain in 1965 and now he loves the day as he always receives many gifts and now he doesn’t know what to ask for anymore as he’s received everything in his life.

The Singh has 9 children and 34 grandchildren and also 63 Great grandchildren. The Singh is currently the 3rd oldest man in the world following 2 Japanese men. This puts the Singh as the oldest Sikh man in the world currently. There are many other Sikhs in villages that are probably older but either haven’t been identified yet or their is no way to verify their age.
