A mandir dedicated to Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to officially open in his home state of Gujarat on Sunday.

The devotees said Modi is like God and they have been worshipping him for over a decade. The devotees stated they will make a Modi mandir at every village and city in Gujarat so that everyone can pay their respects to Modi and pray to him. The Modi Mandir took 1 year to build and an estimated 7 Lakhs to build.

However, the cost of the Modi statue alone was 2 lakhs. The temple is expected to draw large crowds during the inauguration which is set for Sunday. The maker of the temple wanted the younger generation to understand that “Modi is God”
