Sevadars from across the world joined hundreds of thousands of Sikhs from around the world who congregated in the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji at Baba Naudh Gurdwara in Village Chabba, Amritsar, Panjab, for a Sarbat Khalsa that concluded after more than 8 hours and passed 13 resolutions (Matta).

The 3 newly appointment Jathedars aren’t permanent but will serve as Jathedars until the Vaisakhi Sarbat Khalsa. The time from here until April 30, 2016 will be spent to determine a procedure of choosing, evaluating, and setting forth a structure for Jathedars. On social media, many people have expressed their views without understanding the Gurmatta.

Sangat has time to evaluate the current Jathedars and can either remove them or accept them until Vaisakhi of 2016.
