The AAP rally in Chandigarh drew a small crowd which led to Arvind Kejriwal’s address to be shortened to just a few minutes.
Arvind Kejriwal apologized to the crowd for the short address and stated he had more events scheduled in Haryana and had to leave in a hurry.
The rally started at 1:30pm and even after delaying the address by an hour only a small number of people showed up at the rally.
