The SWAT team of the Punjab Police Commando say that the terrorists had sophisticated weapons and were mentally prepared for a suicidal mission.
Eight people were killed today in a major terror attack in Gurdaspur in Punjab, very near the border with Pakistan. Details of the attackers are not yet clear, but Home Minister Rajnath Singh has warned Pakistan of “a fitting reply” if provoked.
The SWAT personnel said that the terrorists had AK 47 and AK grenades. All the terrorists were killed by them. At least 50 gun shots were fired.
