BREAKING: SIT Reopens 1984 Case Against Kamal Nath

The SIT investigating the 1984 crimes has opened a closed case against Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath.

The SIT will look at fresh evidence in the case especially testimony from two prime witnesses, one being Sanjay Suri, a Journalist and Mukhtiar Singh who saw people being killed led by Kamal Nath.

Manjinder Singh Sirsa tweeted:

“Notification issued by MHA upon my submission last year, Case number 601/84 to reopen & consider fresh Evidence against Kamal Nath,” he added.

“We talked to them today, they’ve agreed to depose before SIT whenever they are called. We talked to SIT today, they said they will give us a specific date,” Sirsa said. He also demanded security for two witnesses.

The SAD has stated Kamal Nath participated in the 1984 carnage against the Sikh community at Gurdwara Rakabganj in the national capital.
