(DSU News Bureau) A report by Canada’s Aboriginal Peoples Television revealed that a hacker on flight in the United States hacked the airplane’s computer system. The event which is scary event for it’s passengers has made people nervous about such an event happening.

The hacker from Colorado told the Federal Bureau of Investigation that he was able to stir the plane sideways by hacking its computer system.

The hacker named Chris Roberts runs a cyber security consulting firm told FBI agents in Syracuse, NY that he connected his laptop into the airplane’s entertainment system and was able take control of the steering.

Reportedly, he was able to hack 15 to 20 times from 2011 to 2014. In court papers, the FBI said, “We believe Roberts had the ability.”
