Smriti Irani discovered a hidden camera in the trial room of a FabIndia store and immediately called the MLA and officials to shut the store down.
Four employees of the Fabindia outlet in Goa – where Union minister Smriti Irani claimed to have discovered a camera trained on the trial room – were arrested on Friday evening. The senior executives of the ethnic lifestyle brand are likely to be questioned on Saturday.
The agency who took over investigation said, “intentionally focused the camera to capture the images (of women) while (they were) changing clothes and to view subsequently”.
Furthermore, the agency stated,”All the accused persons have positioned the camera at the secret vintage point and committed the act without the women knowing they are being watched,””
