A concerned Sikh questioned Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan about his alleged involvement in instigating mobs in the 1984 Delhi Sikh massacres on the official Facebook account of Amitabh Bachchan.
The actor who rarely replies to such questions actually gave a response to Singh’s question regarding Bachchan saying ‘Khoon Ka Badla Khoon’ on Doordarshan Television.
Amitabh Bachan wrote:
“These are lies and malicious lies, ridiculous and unfounded, made up and filled with mallice.. I am a respected and Honorable citizen of this country, decorated and loved the world over.. stop this nonsense defamatory language !!! never have I indulged in any such .. you are misguided and seek only publicity by accusing a celebrity.. bring me the proof of this.. and if you cannot, stop this blashemy.. mere andar bhi sardar ka hoon daudta hai.. Mere saare rishtedaar Ma ki taraf se sab Sikh.. this is all RUBBISH .. !! if you have the guts come and face me …. catch those that were responsible of the dastardly act .. do not waste your time on innocents. ”
