This is How Sikhs are Considered Hindu According to Constitution


Sikh Institute member Sardar Santokh Singh explains how the Indian Constitution considers Sikhs as Hindus. Santokh Singh explains the issues with Article 25 and section 2b. He mentions the how Sikhs have to show themselves as Hindus to attain certain government benefits.

Santokh Singh further states how political parties have dealt with the issues and what needs to be done to amend the article.

He has been working tirelessly to address the issue and has recently filed petition to the supreme court of India.
