Western Media including BBC and The Guardian tries to corner PM Modi over Intolerance and Gujarat Riots. Indian Media reacted on why British media asked Modi tough questions.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been visiting England on a Political tour where he met with Prime Minister David Cameron and discussed a number of matters in relation to the 2 countries.
There has been a major welcoming campaign to greet the Prime Minister, but there has also been a number of protests, with people from many communities protesting against the Human Rights violations which took place in Gujarat during Modi’s rule as Chief Minister.
An article written in The Guardian by Anish Kapoor also termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the leader of the “Hindu Taliban” (references to RSS) as it was printed with the title “India is being ruled by the Hindu Taliban”.
Zee TV tried to target the British Media The Guardian over their tough questions on Modi. Zee TV called BBC and the Guardian “pakhandi”.
